Ordering/Backordered items or Partial Shipments:

Minimum order purchase is $25.00.

Except by special arrangement, backordered items will be held until all items are filled. If we are unable to ship your order within 30 business days, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel the order. Partial shipment(s) may be made by special arrangement. Additional shipping charges will apply for each partial shipment.

Shipping and Insurance:

We make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours or 2 business days, excluding weekends, sales and holidays, however we may delay shipping an order out due to inventory shortages, or increased order volume or if a Pre Buy item is included in your order. If prompt delivery is required, please check on product availability before ordering.   We now ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. Orders received from Friday through Monday noon, will ship on Tuesday. Orders received on Monday after noon, Tuesdays and Wednesdays will ship on Thursdays. Delays can be expected during sales and holidays. We will ship via the US Postal Service upon request. There will be an additional $5.00 Handling and Insurance charge for all domestic orders that are shipped with the US Postal Service over $25.00. Orders below $25.00 will incur a $2.50 Handling and Insurance charge. This does not apply to fragrance oils with a flashpoint below 200 degrees. Orders containing these fragrance oils will ship via FedEx Ground regardless. During free shipping offers, we will ship whichever method is most convenient to us, this may include Parcel Post, First Class Mail and FedEx. International orders shipped via USPS will be shipped on Tuesdays only. Domestic orders shipped via USPS will be shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays as well. There will be a $15.00 Insurance and Handling charge for international orders shipped via USPS with a value up to $400.00. These charges are in addition to the shipping fees charged by the carrier. Please see chart below for Domestic Handling & Insurance rates. SOAP SILLY WHOLESALE SUPPLIES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TAXES, DUTIES, ETC, THESE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. IF CUSTOMER FAILS TO PAY THESE CHARGES AND WE ARE BILLED BY OUR SHIPPING COURIER WE WILL BILL YOU FOR THESE CHARGES. FAILURE TO PAY THESE FEES WILL RESULT IN YOUR ACCOUNT BEING SENT TO COLLECTIONS. Your order will ship via FedEx unless otherwise requested. Please note, our shopping cart still does not reflect shipping charges. If your order qualifies for USPS, please make a note of it in the comments section when you check out. Most orders are shipped via FedEx. Large orders will be shipped via FedEx regardless.   Shipping is charged separately from the order placed, and will need to be paid before the package is shipped. Regarding packages that are shipped through USPS, we charge for Insurance. Please see above for current Insurance and Handling rates.

Items lost or damaged during shipping should be taken care of according to the post office rules and regulations. If your package was lost using FedEx, please contact us. How to File Insurance Claims   Shipping costs are non-refundable.   Merchandise, which is shipped back to us due to an incorrect address (supplied by the customer) will be billed for any shipping charges that we are charged. If you have not received your order, please contact us asap. In rare instances, we miss an order. It may get held up in the shop or by accounting or whatever the reason may be. If this is to be the case, we will locate and process your order so that it is shipped within 24 hours. In other cases, your order may have been canceled. If your order has been canceled, it can be for many reasons. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Soap Silly reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and to orders, that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer email and/or billing address provided should such limits be applied. Other reasons may be a result in your order being canceled include inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, failure to render immediate PayPal payments, or problems identified by our credit department and fraud avoidance personnel. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Payments:

We accept Visa & Mastercard, Discover & American Express. No CODs, please do not ask. We're sorry, but we no longer accept personal checks or money orders. There is a $25.00 minimum purchase for credit cards.   In the event that a credit card is declined for some reason, this will result in a delay of the order being shipped until the matter is resolved.   A $1.50 service charge will be charged to credit cards that come back declined, per decline.   If paying by credit card, Soap Silly will appear on your billing statement.

Returns:

No returns for items ordered by mistake. Please take care in ordering to be sure you will get what you want. We do our best to make sure it's clear what you are ordering so there is no confusion.   There is a restocking fee of up to 35% of the value of the item(s) being returned but not less than $3.00, for all canceled or unpaid orders. Also, once an order has been picked and/or packed, the above restocking fee will apply (this fee helps to cover our expenses in making the product resaleable again).   Please report any missing merchandise or order mistakes within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours we will conclude that your order was completed accurately and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after that time.   All fragrance oil sales are final. We recommend that you try smaller sizes first. Please be aware of this policy prior to calling us. No exceptions will be made.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order via email within 2 hours of having placed it. Orders canceled after the initial 2 hours will incur a $15 cancellation fee to be made via PayPal or credit card. Please make sure you request confirmation of receipt of your email. All orders canceled after 2 hours will incur a $15.00 fee charged to your credit card.   Please note we reserve the right, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.   Some instances that may result in your order being canceled include availability of items, inaccuracies in product or pricing, failure to render immediate PayPal payments, or problems identified by our credit and fraud department. We may also require additional information before accepting any future orders.

Prices:

Prices Subject to Change Prices shown on our website supercede all previous prices and are subject to change without notice. For all prices, products and offers, Soap Silly Wholesale Supplies reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.
